PUBLIC NOTICE – "CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES" The Lee's Summit School District is seeking proposals from firms to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) services during the design and construction of proposed 2025 Bond Issue projects. Firms will be evaluated on their experience, past performance, services, personnel and safety program. Only firms with substantial experience in public school district construction management and the construction of schools and other educational institutions will be considered. Qualified firms may obtain a copy of the Request for Qualifications by calling the Lee's Summit School District Facilities office at 816-986-2420. Responses are due to the address listed below or via email to the contact listed in the RFQ before 2:00 pm on October 17, 2025 when the District will publicly open and read aloud the names of the firms from whom the district received a response.
