NOTICE INVITING BIDS RECEIPT OF BIDS: Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Central Coast Water Authority, at 255 Industrial Way, Buellton, California 93427, until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, for the Tank 7 Access Road and Mesa Verde Road Asphalt Concrete Overlay Project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The WORK includes the rehabilitation of two existing private roads, Tank 7 access road and Mesa Verde Road. WORK to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, removal of asphalt berm, asphalt concrete dig-outs and replacement, performing crack seal, performing an asphalt concrete overlay, replacement of existing asphalt concrete berm, and all other WORK required in accordance with the Contract Documents. SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is at Tank 7 access road and Mesa Verde Road. The Tank 7 access road is in Buellton, California, along Highway 246, approximately 1,880 feet Southeast of the Domingos Road and Highway 246 intersection. The address to the beginning of the Tank 7 access road is 7631 W Highway 246, Buellton, CA 93427. Mesa Verde Road is in Santa Ynez, California, along the Santa Ynez River. The address to the road is 2800 Mesa Verde Road, Santa Ynez, CA 93427. A 60-foot-wide easement and includes public utilities and other easements on Mesa Verde Road. OPENING OF BIDS: The Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at the above-mentioned location for receipt of Bids.
