The NPDES permit is associated with Large Non-Coal Permit # 14040302. Aaronsburg Operation NPDES Permit #PA 0207039. The current permit was issued on 1/20/2021 and will expire on 3/25/26. The NPDES permit is for discharge to groundwater via infiltration. The NPDES permit is associated with Large Non-Coal Permit # 14920301, Aaronsburg Operation. The permit areas are located south of the community of Aaronsburg, adjacent to Broad Road in Haines and Penn Townships, Centre County as shown on the Millheim 7.5 minute quadrangle map. The permits are located within the Pine Creek Watershed. The applications are available for public review at the Moshannon District Office PA DEP. Office hours are 8 AM to 4 PM Monday thru Friday. Written comments, objections, or request for public hearing or informal conference should be submitted to the DEP, Moshannon District Office, 186 Enterprise Drive, Philipsburg, PA 16866, within thirty (30) days of the fourth (4th) and final publication of this notice and should include the person's name, address, telephone number and a brief statement as to the nature of the objection.
