WHATCOM COUNTY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE USE Notice is hereby given that on August 9, 2025, Ray Gill applied for an Administrative Use permit under case number ADM2025-00018, requesting land use approval for the construction of a 1,685 square foot attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with a 459 square foot attached garage, pursuant to WCC 20.22.132. The proposed ADU will share a wall with the future primary residence, which is proposed to be a 1,694 square foot single-family residence (SFR) with a 459 square foot attached garage. The subject parcel is approximately 0.25 acres in size and is Lot 8 of the Titan Terrace Subdivision (AFN 1425153). The proposed ADU and SFR are proposed to be served by Birch Bay Water & Sewer District and share a common access to Titan Terrace.
