NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT
Pursuant to Section 3-37 of the Town of Cutler Bay Land Development Regulations, on September 11th, 2025, the Director of the Planning and Zoning Department granted the following administrative variance for:

LOCATION: 9936 SW 223 TERRACE, Cutler Bay, FL 33190
DESCRIPTION: Administrative adjustment for the legalization of an attached roof structure to permit a minimum setback of 11 feet 3 inches where the code requires 15 feet as per section 3-55.
Pursuant to Section 3-30(13)(a) of the Town Code, any person aggrieved by this action of the Planning and Zoning Department may appeal the decision to the Town Council by filing an appeal application within thirty (30) days of the decision on or before October 10th, 2025.
