SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 21, 2011, James R Johnson and Roxanne S Johnson executed a deed of trust for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Coldwell Banker Mortgage, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust was recorded on May 27, 2011, as Instrument No. 201108007, in Book 2975, Page 449, in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi; Said Deed of Trust was last sold, assigned and transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC. by assignment recorded as Instrument No. 202504965 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi.
