PLN2023-0099 – POWER PLAY – Request to rezone a 9.33-acre parcel from Planned Development (P-D) 25 to a new P-D, to allow development of an indoor roller rink facility (with 2 separate rinks). The project will also include the construction of 7 commercial buildings, totaling 62,000 sq. ft., to be developed with light industrial & commercial uses consistent with the P-D (25) zoning district. A subdivision map is included in the request to divide the project site into 8 parcels, placing a proposed building on each resulting parcel. The project site is located @ 711 Bangs Ave. & 4555 North Star Wy., btwn Galaxy Wy. & Bangs Ave., in the Modesto area. The Planning Commission will consider a CEQA Neg. Dec. for the project.
