You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Dogwood Hills Golf Course, Inc., a Mississippi Limited Liability Company, seeking confirmation of title in certain real property located in the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, being more particularly described as: A parcel of land situated and being located in the West 810 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 10 West, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi, and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at a concrete monument located at the southeast corner of Section 5, Township 6 South, Range 10 West, First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; thence S 89 degrees 46 minutes 16 seconds W 515.85 feet along the south line of said Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 to the Point of Beginning; thence N 00 degrees 21 minutes 56 seconds W 391.25 feet; thence S 89 degrees 46 minutes 16" W 810.00 feet to the west line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence S 00 degrees 21 minutes 56 seconds E 391.25 feet along said west line to the southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 5; thence N 89 degrees 46 minutes 16 seconds E 810.00 feet along the south line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel of land contains 7.275 acres more or less.
