Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for a Special Use Permit to allow a Small Community Residence (Senior Personal Care Home) in a "SR-3" Single-Family Residence Zone District, on the following described property: Lot 7 of "Lincolnshire Subdivision", a subdivision of Pt of the SW 1/4 of Section 24, T. 1 N., R. 8 W., of the 3rd P.M., St. Clair County, Illinois containing .37-acres more or less. (PIN #08-24.0-301-007)
Which is known as 109 Lincolnshire Blvd, Belleville, Illinois, in St. Clair Township.
Said request was made by Jaymya Vaughn, 3412 Middlebury Way, Shiloh, Illinois, Owner & Applicant.
