PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The USACE is proposing to reissue the Nationwide Permits (NWP) and to issue a new NWP to authorize activities to improve the passage of fish and other aquatic organisms through aquatic ecosystems.
