Advertisement for Bids University of Pikeville The Tanner College of Dental Medicine 147 Sycamore Street Pikeville, KY 41501 The University of Pikeville is accepting bids for the construction of the Tanner College of Dental Medicine (TCDM), which will consist of a new five-story structure with a parking level below. The major program elements are classroom space, administration and faculty offices, clinical spaces, and simulation labs. Bids will be received through the Lynn Imaging Online Planroom Bid Submission site until 2:00pm EST, October 16, 2025. The contract documents may be examined, at no charge, through the Lynn Imaging Online Planroom Bid Submission site. Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of Lynn Imagining located at 328 Old Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507 upon payment of $870.00 for each set. Any bidder, upon returning the contract documents promptly and in good condition, will be refunded the payment, and any non-bidder upon returning the contract documents will be refunded zero dollars ($0). This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L.177-58. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States, as further outlined by the Office of Management and Budget’s regulation (reference 2 CFR 200) on the application of Buy America Preference in Federal Financial Assistance Programs for Infrastructure.
