CITY OF HOLMES BEACH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held, and the following proposed Ordinances will be considered for adoption at the Regular Meeting of the Holmes Beach City Commission to be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the Holmes Beach City Hall, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida at 5:01 p.m. P.M., or as soon thereafter as may be heard. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of this meeting. Accordingly, any person who may seek to appeal any decisions involving the matters noticed herein will be responsible for making a verbatim record of the testimony and evidence at this meeting upon which any appeal is to be based.
