NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon after as the matter may be heard, at its regular meeting held at 850 S. Madera Ave., Kerman, CA 93630 the City Council of the City of Kerman intends to adopt an Ordinance, titled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KERMAN REPEALING CHAPTER 2.52 OF TITLE 2 OF THE KERMAN MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 2.52 TO TITLE 2 OF THE KERMAN MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO EMERGENCY ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS

The ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting by the City Council of the City of Kerman on the September 10, 2025, by the following vote: AYES: Mayor Pacheco, Councilmember Herrera, and Councilmember Hall; ABSENT: Mayor Pro Tem Yep, Councilmember Dhaliwal. A copy of the full text of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Clerk at 850 S. Madera Ave., Kerman, CA 93630.
