BEFORE THE
ST. CLAIR COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
RE: 2025-05-PD
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:45 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for a Special Use Permit to modify/amend an existing Planned Building Development that was previously granted pursuant to Section 40-9-3(H)(3), in that the Applicant desires to expand/modify the site plan submitted in Case 2022-05-PD to include adjacent parcel 04-26.0-100-008 and to allow a new 75' x 150' building addition in an "A" Agricultural Industry Zone District, on the following described property: Pt of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26 containing .60-acres and Pt of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 26 containing .93-acres; both parcels located in T. 2 N., R. 7 W., of the 3rd P.M., St. Clair County, Illinois. (PIN #04-26.0-100-008 & 04-26.0-100-014)
Which is known as 10310 Rieder Road, Lebanon, Illinois, in O'Fallon Township.
Said request was made by Timothy J. & Kris L. Dewald Joint Revocable Trust, 10701 Schuessler Road, St. Louis, Missouri, Owners & Applicants.
