ST. CLAIR COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to allow the division of 34.53-acres creating one 5.0 +/- acre parcel and one 29.53 +/- acre parcel instead of the 40-acres required in an "A" Agricultural Industry Zone District, on the following described property: All that part and portion of the premises lying east of Bohleyville Road, now known as Roenicke Road, described as Lot 2 in the NW 1/4 of Section 20, T. 1 S. R. 9 W., of the 3rd P.M., St. Clair County, Illinois containing 34.53-acres more or less. (PIN #12-20.0-100-002)
Which is known as 5940 Roenicke Road, Millstadt, Illinois, in Millstadt Township.
Said request was made by Juleene Weilbacher, 6470 Triple Lakes Road, Millstadt, Illinois, Owner and Trisha & Benjamin Blue, 501 Judith Ann Place, Fairview Heights, Illinois, Applicants.
