CITY OF HOLMES BEACH, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 25, 2025 at 2:00 P.M., the City Commission of the City of Holmes Beach, Manatee County, Florida, will hold public hearing at the Patricia A. Geyer Commission Chambers, 5801 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, Florida 34217, to consider a Special Exception / Site Plan request (Res. No. 25-06 / Case # LD25-000034) for the following described property in Manatee County: The location of the subject property: 5804 Marina Drive Holmes Beach, FL 34217 (PID #7227410003) The applicant is seeking: The Applicant is requesting Special Exception and site plan approval (Res. No. 25-06 / Case #LD25-000034) to use the property at 5804 Marina Drive Holmes Beach, FL 34217 for contractor's office. Per Ord. 24-10, a contractor's office is a use allowed in the 3-C zoning district with approval of a Special Exception and site plan by the City Commission.
