STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HARRISON NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE OF LAND WHEREAS, DIANA ORTIZ, MARCO ORTIZ, and EMMANUEL MIRANDA, executed that certain Deed of Trust to MARK C. ORGLER, AS TRUSTEE for ENDEAVOR ENTERPRISES, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is dated March 31, 2022, and which is recorded April 1, 2022, as Instrument No. 2022-7593-T-J1, thereof, in the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi; and; WHEREAS, the said Deed of Trust covers the following described land and property situated in Ha rrison County, State of Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: (Lot 13) Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County, Mississippi; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West along the east boundary line of said Section 19, a distance of 650.43 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 575.09 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence north 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 191.69 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West, 643.59 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road; thence South 89 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds East along said northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road, a distance of 191.69 feet to point; thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 642.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19. (Parcel No. 703N-01-001.000) (Lot 14) Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 19, Township 5 South, Range 11 West, Harrison County, Mississippi; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West along the east boundary line of said Section 19, a distance of 650.43 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 338.39 feet to the true POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 191.70 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 642.24 feet to point on the northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road; thence south 89 degrees 11 minutes 15 seconds East along said northerly right-of-way of East Adams Road, a distance of 191.69 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 640.88 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, located in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19. (Parcel No. 703N-01-001.000). The above-described real property includes manufactured homes described as (1), 2006 Horton Manufactured Home Serial # H214811G; (1), 2006 Horton Manufactured Home, Serial #HJ214815G; and (1) 2007, Cavalier Manufactured Home, Serial # CV07AL0461466, and is permanently affixed to said land. WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the said Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the legal holders of said indebtedness, ENDEAVOR ENTERPRISES, LLC having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising sums due thereunder, together with the attorney's fees and expenses of sale.NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee pursuant to such authority and at the request so made, does hereby give notice that he will sell during the legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 o'clock A.M. and 4:00 o'clock P.M.) on the 9th day of October, 2025, at the East front door, 1801 23rd Avenue of the County Courthouse for Harrison County, First Judicial District, Mississippi, City of Gulfport, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the above described land and property. TITLE TO THE ABOVE described land and property is believed to be good, but I will convey only such title as is vested in me as such Trustee.
