You have been made a Defendant in the proceedings filed in this Court by Highland MS Land LLC, d/b/a Parkstone Communities d/b/a Highland Mobile Home Park, whose address is c/o W. Harvey Barton, Esquire, 3007 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567.
The Complaint filed against you is a civil action seeking an Order granting the Plaintiff full ownership of the 16x76, 1999 Pioneer single wide; Serial #PH1510GA16050; Registration #00990690, located on Lot #87, in the Highland Mobile Home Park, 4708 Gibson Road, Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
You are required to mail or hand deliver a copy of a written response to the Complaint to: W. Harvey Barton, Esquire, 3007 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567. Your response must be mailed or delivered within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of this Summons and Complaint or a judgment by default will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
