Public Notice of Availability Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center The Air National Guard (ANG), in coordination with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), has prepared an Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) to the original 2011 Record of Decision (ROD) for Installation Restoration Program (IRP) Site 2 (also known as SS002) at the Gulfport Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) in Gulfport, Mississippi. The purpose of the ESD is to document a significant change to the selected remedial action for Site 2. This ESD has been prepared in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liabilities Act (CERCLA). The ANG has made the document available for review at https://ar.cce.af.mil/.
