NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, on December 2, 2022, MICHAEL PLEASANT, SARAH PLEASANT, AND MARIE PLEASANT executed and delivered a Deed of Trust to Katy E. Boyer-Langston, Trustee for NAVIGATOR CREDIT UNION, which is recorded as Instrument No. 2022-29048-T-J1 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, NAVIGATOR CREDIT UNION appointed G. Martin Warren, Jr. as Substitute Trustee by instrument dated September 3, 2025, and recorded as Instrument No. 2025-19537-T-J1 in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, which default has continued for a period of time necessary for the holder to declare the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and NAVIGATOR CREDIT UNION, the holder of the Deed of Trust as aforesaid, having requested the undersigned Substitute Trustee so to do, I will on the 10th day of October, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours, being between the hours of 11:00 o'clock a.m. and 4:00 o'clock p.m., at the East main door of the Harrison County Courthouse, Gulfport, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property lying and being situated in Harrison County, Mississippi, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
LOT 3 FAIRVIEW S/D LYING NORTH OF BEACH DRIVE, located in fractional Section 32, Township 7 South, Range 10 West, City of Gulfport, Mississippi, Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, together with all improvements situated thereon.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
