SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE

FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of April, 2010 Kayana Pittman executed a Deed of Trust to Andrew Marion, Trustee for the use and benefit of MSL Properties, LLC, which Deed of Trust is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District in Instrument #2010-4390-T-J1 thereof; and
WHEREAS, the legal holder of said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Owen R. McNally as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Instrument #2022-9804-T-J1; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby were modified by the Modification of Loan Documents Agreement ("Modification") recorded as Instrument #2023-0016131-T-J1; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the conditions and stipulations as set forth by said Deed of Trust and Modification, and having been requested by the legal holder of the indebtedness secured and described by said Deed of Trust and Modification so to do, notice is hereby given that I, Owen R. McNally, Substitute Trustee, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me in said Deed of Trust and Modification, will offer for sale and will sell at public sale and outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, during the legal hours (between the hours of 11 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m.), at the East main door of the Harrison County Courthouse, First Judicial District located on 23rd Avenue at Gulfport, Mississippi, on the 22nd day of October 2025, the following described land and property being the same land and property described in said Deed of Trust and Modification, situated in Harrison County, First Judicial District State of Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 20, Block 18, Jonestown McCaughan, Gulfport, Mississippi, as per map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District.
Further identifiable by municipal address: 1716 44th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39501.
Further identifiable by tax parcel No.: 0711G-02-054.000.
I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
