MIAMI-DADE COUNTY REDLAND COMMUNITY COUNCIL (14) CDMP PUBLIC HEARING You are invited to participate in the meeting below: 6:30 PM, Monday, September 29, 2025 Naranja Park –14150 SW 264 Street, Miami, FL 33032 The Public Meeting Will be In-Person Only The Redland Community Council (14) is holding a public hearing to address the May 2025 Cycle Application No. CDMP20250018 requesting amendments to the Miami-Dade County Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP). The application is summarized as follows: Application No. CDMP20250018 (D.R. Horton, Inc.): Proposed amendment to the CDMP for ±5.93 gross acres; Location: Southeast corner of SW 320 Street and SW 195 Avenue. Requests: 1) Redesignate the application site on the CDMP LUP map; From: “Estate Density Residential" (1 to 2.5 dwelling units per gross acre); To: “Low Density Residential” (2.5 to 6 dwelling units per gross acre); 2) Add the proffered Declaration of Restrictions in the Restrictions Table in Appendix A of the CDMP Land Use Element, if accepted by the Board of County Commissioners. This application is being processed concurrently with zoning Application No. Z2025000135, pursuant to section 2-116.1 (5) (a) of the Miami-Dade County Code. The Community Council may adopt recommendations to the Planning Advisory Board and the Board of County Commissioners at the conclusion of the public hearing. Multiple board members of individual community councils may be present. This meeting is free and open to the public.
