Public Notice Julia Ewing has applied to the South Carolina Department of Enviromental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a boat lift adjacent to the existing floating dock and add two 2'x6.5' sink stations and increase the size of the pierhead with a 6'x6' triangle addition to the pierhead for private use at 6 Sussex Court on the Beaufort River.
