Notice of Meetings Cross Creek Community Development District The Board of Supervisors of the Cross Creek Community Development District will hold their meetings for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year at the Cross Creek CDD Amenity Center 4000 Creekside Park Dr, Parrish, FL 34219 at 10:00 a.m. October 21, 2025 November 18, 2025 December 16, 2025 January 20, 2026 February 17, 2026 March 17, 2026 April 21, 2026 May 19, 2026 June 16, 2026 July 21, 2026 August 18, 2026 September 15, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained at the offices of the District Manager, PFM Group Consulting LLC, located at 3501 Quadrangle Boulevard, Suite 270, Orlando, FL 32817, (407) 723-5900, during normal business hours. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. At the above location there will be present a speaker telephone so that any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place either in person or by telephone communication.
