NOTICE OF MEETING DATES NEWTON ROAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Newton Road Community Development District will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 9:45 a.m. at the offices of Lennar Homes, 5505 Waterford District Drive, Miami, Florida 33126, on the third Friday of each month as follows: October 17, 2025 November 21, 2025 December 19, 2025 January 16, 2026 February 20, 2026 March 20, 2026 April 17, 2026 May 15, 2026 June 19, 2026 July 17, 2026 August 21, 2026 September 18, 2026 All meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or members of the public may participate by a computer, tablet or phone. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments to the District Manager's Office at info@gmssf.com or by calling (954) 721-8681, in advance of the meeting to facilitate the respective Board of Supervisors' consideration of any questions and comments during the meeting. Any person requiring special accommodations at any of these meetings because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at any of the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
