BLAST SCHEDULE Blasting will take place on the Con-Stone, Incorporated operation, SMP # 14920301 and Aaronsburg West Operation, SMP # 14040302 located in Haines Township Centre County and will be conducted in compliance with all State and Federal Laws between the hours of 8:00AM and sunset everyday, weather permitting, except Sundays. Warning signs will be placed at every entrance to the operation and the following warning signals for the blast will be used: WARNING SIGNAL - A series of three (3) ten (10) second warning signals of the air horn. BLAST SIGNAL - A series of short signals of the air horn one (1) minute prior to the blast. ALL CLEAR SIGNAL - A prolonged signal of the air horn one (1) minute following inspection of the blast area. Signals shall be clearly audible for a distance of at least one half (1/2) mile. Access road barrier will be erected and "NO TRESPASSING NOTICES" posted ten (10) minutes before each detonation. The above time schedule may vary on occasion due to the following emergency conditions: Weather conditions, such as fog, heavy rain, snow storms, lighting storms, low cloud cover, thermal inversions. Mechanical and/or electrical failure, such as to vehicles, charging equipment, blasting machine. Dangerous conditions to company personnel, private individuals or equipment. IPL0272574 Sep 24 2025
