NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey received a Site Plan Review application on August 15, 2025, for the following proposal: Application # 25-0261: Resource Management Solutions, LLC is proposing to develop 213,000 square-foot, mixed-use development to include 198-apartment units – including six (6) live/work units, 15,000 square feet of commercial development, and associated site improvements. The site is located at an unaddressed parcel located at the NE corner of 41st Ave NE and Marvin Rd NE, Assessor's parcel 11935210200, Section 35, Township 19, Range 1W, W.M. On September 11, 2025, this application was deemed complete pursuant to RCW 36.70B.070. This determination of completeness means that the application is sufficient for continued review. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-355, the City of Lacey is using the Optional DNS process. The City of Lacey expects to issue a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) for this project. Anyone who wishes to make comment on this application may do so beginning September 12, 2025. Comments must be received no later than by 5p.m. on September 26, 2025.
