The 1998 Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act requires Alexander County Housing Authority to complete and submit an Annual Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and that the public be given the opportunity to provide comments. The purpose of the Amendments are to update the goals, objectives, and methodology the Agency will use to provide assisted and affordable housing through the use of federal funds.
