The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida announces a public hearing on:

This public hearing is being held, pursuant to §1006.283, Florida Statutes, to address the instructional materials that are being considered for adoption for 2026-2027. A copy of the public hearing agenda will be available after 10:00 a.m., September 17, 2025. The agenda can be viewed by accessing the website www3.dadeschools.net under Board Information. A copy of the agenda will also be available at Citizen Information Center, Room 102, 1450 N.E. Second Avenue.
PERSONS WISHING TO SPEAK at the Public Hearing for Instructional Materials considered for adoption should submit a written request to the Superintendent of Schools, 1450 N.E. Second Avenue, Room 102, Miami, Florida 33132 or at via-email request4appearance@dadeschools.net, NO LATER THAN 12:00 P.M., TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2025. A person wishing to appeal any decision made by The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, with respect to any matter considered at this meeting (hearing) should ensure the preparation of a verbatim record of the proceedings, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Under extraordinary circumstances, the Board may approve an individual Board member's request to access, participate in, and to vote at this meeting utilizing communications media technology.
