INVITATION FOR BIDS
CONCRETE & AMENITIES SERVICES
IFB 25-16
Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352 is soliciting sealed bids from qualified Contractors interested in providing services for Concrete and Amenities Services throughout BFT's service area. All work shall conform to BFT's Bus Stop Design Standards and the municipal permit and code requirements of the City and County in which the construction is located. Bids are due Tuesday, October 14, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM (PDT).
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM (PDT), located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. Contractors will meet in the lobby to sign in.
All questions and clarifications must be submitted via BFT's e-Procurement Portal by 5:00 PM (PDT) on October 7, 2025.

The contractor agrees to abide by all laws, rules and regulations promulgated by the United States of America, the State of Washington, or any agencies or subdivisions thereof, specifically including WISHA and OSHA regulations currently in effect at time IFB due date and during the agreement term.
Contractors will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. BFT reserves to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. This Invitation for Bid may be canceled and any and all Bids may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of BFT.
