ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY - CVM EQUINE HOSPITAL EXPANSION & RENOVATION, SCO# 21-23866-02A BID EVENT #03: Large Animal Hospital Expansion & Renovation, CUP Expansion, and Site Package DPR Construction will accept sealed bids for the NCSU CVM Equine Hospital Expansion and Renovation project, located in Raleigh, NC, from prequalified vendors only. Sealed bids will be received in the CVM Annex Building, 1400 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607, on October 16, 2025, at the times noted below and opened immediately upon closing of the bid period. The following packages will bid at 10:00 AM on the day of the opening listed above: 01.74 Final Cleaning, 02.40 Deconstruction, 03.30 Cast-In-Place Concrete (Turnkey), 04.20 Masonry, 05.00 Structural Steel (Turnkey), 06.17 Structural Timber, 06.40 Millwork, 07.42 Metal Wall Panels, 07.50 Roofing, 08.10 Doors, Frames, Hardware / Specialties / Lockers, 08.33 Overhead Door, 08.34 Equestrian Doors, 08.40 Entrances, Storefronts, & Curtain Walls (Exterior & Interior) The following packages will bid at 2:00 PM on the day of the opening listed above: 09.21 Drywall / Framing, 09.51 Ceilings, 09.60 Flooring, 09.62 Specialty Flooring, 09.67 Fluid-Applied Flooring, 09.90 Paint, 13.19 Equestrian Equipment, 14.92 Pneumatic Tubing, 21.00 Fire Protection, 22.00 Plumbing, 23.00 HVAC & Controls, 26.00 Electrical / FA / Low Voltage, 31.00 Sitework, 31.60 Deep Foundations, 98.20 General Trades An in-person pre-bid meeting and project information session will be held on September 23, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the CVM Annex Building, 1400 Blue Ridge Rd, Raleigh, NC 27607. Parking will be available adjacent to the building. If necessary, a re-bid is scheduled for October 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the same location. HUB contractors/suppliers are encouraged to participate in the bidding process. The CMAR and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Note: Only bids provided by subcontractors who have been qualified via the prequalification process will be considered for this project. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
