Request for Statement of Qualifications For Lakebay LUST Investigation The Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is currently accepting statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Architecture Engineering (A&E) firms to solicit proposals and contract with an Environmental Engineering firm to evaluate, develop, and implement remedial strategies for a site in Pierce County, Washington, impacted by a former leaking underground storage tank. The awarded engineer will delineate the extent of petroleum contamination (soil and/or groundwater), evaluate potential risks, propose remedial options, and implement the selected cleanup approach to achieve regulatory compliance.
