Notice of Intent to Lease Real Property City Council of the City of Charlotte will consider ground leasing approximately 2.8 acres of land owned by the City, located at 705 W. 4th Street, Tax Parcel ID 073-161-11 in Mecklenburg County, NC. The Lessee, PS Marks LLC, proposes to use the land for construction laydown, construction parking, truck turnaround and shake-out, access and other related purposes in connection with renovation or construction project at and adjacent to the stadium and practice facility, employee parking and for operating and selling parking to third parties and the general public. The proposed term and annual lease payments are as follows: -Term: 60-months, with one five (5) month option to renew -Rent: $1,107,824 per year. This rate is consistent with market rates.
