Hamm executed a Deed of Trust to Granville Tate, Jr., as Trustee for Trustmark National Bank, as Lender, with Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., ("MERS"), as Beneficiary, which is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of 1st Jud. Dist.
