PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Section 4.03(9) of the Village Charter, notice is hereby given that on September 29, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., a public hearing will be held on the second and final reading of the following Capital Project Authorizing Ordinance: 1. Capital Project: Approval of the purchase of Motorola Police Radios, APX Dispatch Consolettes, and related services from Motorola Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $556,051.92 Any person wishing to be heard with respect to the proposed Capital Authorizing Ordinance and address the Village Council on any item at this Public Hearing may discuss the matter by registering to speak on the item at the Village Council Chambers (Rear of Fire Station) located at 560 Crandon Blvd, Key Biscayne, Florida 33149, prior to the start of the meeting.
