Bid proposal package may be obtained after 8:00 am Thursday September 11, 2025. The sealed bid packages will be opened at the regular scheduled monthly 109 Board meeting on Wednesday October 8, 2025, at 11:00 am. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
