NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE NORTH CAROLINA CAPITAL FACILITIES FINANCE AGENCY REGARDING A PROPOSED BOND ISSUE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that the North Carolina Capital Facilities Finance Agency (the "Agency") will hold a public hearing on the application of the Woodlawn School, a North Carolina nonprofit corporation (the "Borrower"), for the Agency to issue, pursuant to the Private Capital Facilities Finance Act, Article 2 of Chapter 159D of the General Statutes of North Carolina, as amended, its bond or bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued (i) to finance the construction, equipping, and furnishing of new academic facilities (the "New Project") on the Borrower's existing campus, located at 135 Woodlawn School Loop, Mooresville, North Carolina 28115 (the "Campus"), (ii) to refinance an outstanding bank loan, the proceeds of which were used to acquire the land and certain existing buildings on the Campus (the "Existing Project" and, together with the New Project, the "Projects"), and (iii) to pay certain costs incurred in connection with the issuance of the Bonds. The Projects will be owned and operated by the Borrower. Please take notice that the Agency will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2025, in the Birch Meeting Room, at 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina, at 9:00 a.m., at which time any person may be heard regarding the issuance of the Bonds and the financing and refinancing of the Projects. Any person wishing to comment in writing on the issuance of the Bonds should do so within fourteen (14) days after the date of publication of this notice, to Carolyn Heden, Secretary-Treasurer of the North Carolina Capital Facilities Finance Agency, 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604.
