TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DORIS JEAN YOUNG, DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant to the Petition to Determine Heirs at Law ("Petition") filed in the above-styled action in this Court by Shametia S. Jordan, known heir, and joined by the other known heirs of Doris Jean Young, deceased, who are Jiovianti Young and Tracy Armstead. There are no other known defendants to this action.
You are hereby notified that a hearing will be conducted upon this petition before the Honorable Chancellor Carter Bise, at the Chancery Court of Harrison County, Mississippi, First Judicial District, on November 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. You are directed to then and there appear to show cause, if any you can, why the relief sought by the Petition should not be granted. Your failure to appear may result in a judgment or order by default granting the relief sought by the Petition. If such matters are not heard on the day set for hearing, they may, by order entered on that day, be continued to a later date for hearing without additional summons.
