Pleasant Avenue in Fresno, California. All aspects of the building rehabilitation and construction shall comply with the minimum construction standards to ensure longevity and safety. Fresno Housing expects a tentative construction schedule to begin in March-April 2026, with an estimated 13-month duration, as outlined in the General Scope of Work addressed within the Request for Proposal (RFP).
