FORECLOSURE GEORGIA, BIBB COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER Will be sold Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at the United Building in Central City Park located at 206 7th Street in Macon, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Macon-Bibb County, Georgia and being more particularly known and designated as Lot 21 in Block 7 of Lynmore Estates Subdivision, according to plat of survey, which appears of record in Plat Book 4, Pages 88-9 and retraced in Plat Book 8, Page 84A & 84B, Clerk's Office of Bibb Superior Court, Said plat is referred to for the purpose of a more complete and accurate description and is incorporated herein by reference thereto. Said property is known under the current system of numbering as 659 Paul Street Macon, GA. Sale will be made under the power of sale contained in a Security Deed dated February 1, 2025, from Kendra Dubois to Million Property, LLC to secure a promissory note of even date in the original principal amount of $$57,000, including any renewals or extensions thereof, and to secure all other existing or future indebtedness of Grantor to Grantee. Said deed appears of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bibb County, Georgia, in Deed Book 12062, Page 59. Default having occurred in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured and in compliance with other terms and provisions thereof, the power of sale in said deed to secure debt has become operative. A copy of this notice of sale has been given to the debtor as required by O.C.G.A. §44-14-162.2. The proceeds of said sale will be applied as provided in said deed to secure debt. Sale will be made subject to unpaid ad valorem taxes and assessments, if any. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the party in possession of the property is Kendra Dubois.
