You have been made Defendant in a lawsuit filed in this Court by Shirley Davis Baumhauer, Petitioner and sister of ROBERT ELEY DAVIS. The Petition filed against you has initiated a civil action seeking to have SHIRLEY DAVIS BAUMHAUER, DEBRA RUEMENAPP, LISA GREEN, TERESA MASSINGILL, BOYCE CRAIG LEATHERS, COOPER VAJNER, CHRISTOPHER VAJNER, and SPENCER VAJNER adjudicated and decreed by this Court to be the sole and only heirs-at-law of ROBERT ELEY DAVIS, Deceased, as fully set out in the Petition on file.
