NOTICE The City of Fort Worth Transportation and Public Works Department and Denton County Department of Development Services, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City and County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Winding Meadows Drive and State Highway 114. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Elizabeth Creek Tributary 17 from a point approximately 150 feet downstream of State Highway 114 to a point approximately 650 feet upstream of State Highway 114 and along Elizabeth Creek Tributary 17.1 from the confluence with Tributary 17 to a point immediately downstream of Winding Meadows Drive. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall be established, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, the 0.2% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision along Elizabeth Creek Tributary 17 and Tributary 17.1.
