TO: KATHRYN L PERCELL Heirs, Taraiza M Percell, Antoine Deshawn Percell, Jacquella Shamelle Percell, Robert Percell Jr, Jerome Percell, Katrina Elizabrth Percell, Kathy Mae Percell, Tessie Percell, Vernon Percell, Jamechia Ver-nelle Percell, owner(s), heirs(s), beneficiaries and other interested parties of the property located at 1007 Greenwich St, Raleigh, North Carolina.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN CONCERNING THE STRUCTURE(S) LOCATED AT 1007 Greenwich St:
I. Pursuant to the provisions of Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.7 and 11.6.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, entitled "Housing Code", a hearing was held at the time and place stated in the notice previously advertised.
II. That because:
a. An inspection of this property was conducted on June 25, 2025, as authorized by Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, and Section 11.6.6 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina.
b. Violations of Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.3 and 11.6.4 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, were observed, documented and are causing said dwelling(s) and/or structure(s) to be Unfit for Human Habitation.
c. This structure is known as 1007 Greenwich St, Raleigh, North Carolina, Pin # 1723034348, REID No. 0054316 and recorded in Deed Book 09-E, Page 542 of the Wake County Register of Deeds Office.
III. In accordance with Part 10A, Chapter 11, Article 11.6, Section 11.6.8 and 11.6.9 of the Unified Development Ordinance Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina, it is Ordered that the structure at 1007 Greenwich St, Raleigh, North Carolina be repaired, demolished or vacated and closed by September 24, 2025.
IV. The owner of said property has the Right of Appeal within 10 days of this publication as provided in Section 11.6.11 of the Unified Development Code for the City of Raleigh, North Carolina and 160A-446 of the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina. If no appeal is made or if the violations have not been corrected by the deadline date, the City will proceed with the appropriate legal action.
