Madera Ave. Kerman, CA, to consider the following item: Development Plan Permit 2023-03 AMDT #1: filed by Joseph Crown Construction and Development Inc. (Owner/Applicant), requesting approval of an amendment to Development Plan Permit 2023-03. The applicant is proposing the revision of new front exterior elevations for all standard floor plans. Currently, Development Plan Permit 2023-03 facilitates the development of a 163-unit residential development on the north side of West Kearney Boulevard between South Modoc and South Siskiyou Avenues (APNs: 020-140-22S and 020-140-23S).
