McClam & Associates, Inc. is soliciting bids from qualified subcontractors from the Columbia Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (CDBE) subcontractors and suppliers. We also are encouraging Minority and Women Business Enterprises to submit proposals. Subcontracted scopes of work include: traffic control, erosion control, GIS/Surveying, abandonment of existing utilities, sewer bypass pumping, open cut sewer, concrete cutting/coring, sewer piping, manholes, stone, hauling concrete, flowable fill, tree removal, easement clearing, concrete pumping, seeding and mulching, jack and bore, microtunneling, HDPE sliplining, manhole rehabilitation, creek restoration, materials testing, subsurface engineering, CIPP, concrete flatwork, concrete paving, asphalt paving. CDBE/DBE subcontractors must self-perform a minimum of 50% of their portion of the project. Plans and specifications can be downloaded from the City of Columbia web site https://columbiasc.ionwave.net. You must create an account to access the information.
