ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Engineering Services Program, 600 South Walnut, PO Box 25, Boise, Idaho 83707, until 2:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on September 30, 2025 for DFG Project No. 2025-135, Boise River WMA Fencing Replacement.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
The project consists of replacing approximately ten (10) miles of wildlife-friendly fencing on the Boise River WMA. Fencing is 4-strand wire fence with steel T-posts which will be provided to the contractor by Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
A pre-bid tour of the project (highly recommended) will be held on September 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time at the parking area for the Highland Valley Trail (43.552857, -116.089011). Contact the Engineering Services Program, (208) 334-3730 by September 22, 2025 to make arrangements to attend this tour.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required if total bid is equal to or greater than $100,000.
Documents may be obtained for bidding purposes from the Department of Fish and Game, Engineering Services Program, (208) 334-3730. No deposit is required.
A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder at the time of bid opening if total bid is equal to or greater than $100,000. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid.
