THE STATE OF KANSAS TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
You are notified that a Petition has been filed in this Court by Dakota Hauserman, daughter, and one of the heirs of Dhon Henry Hauserman (a/k/a D. Hauserman and Dhon M. Hauserman), deceased, requesting: Descent be determined of the following described real estate situated in Sedgwick County, Kansas:
Tract 1: A Tract Beginning at a point 965.5 Feet North & 345 feet east of the Southwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 1, East of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick County, KS; thence South Parallel with the West Line of Said Section, 93 Feet; thence East to the West R-O-W Line of the C.R.I.&P Railroad; thence Northeasterly along said R-O-W to a point East of Beginning, Thence West 345 Feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, except the West 122 Feet Thereof.

Tract 2: The East 62 ft. of the West 122 ft. of the following described tract; Beginning at a point 965.5 ft. North and 345 ft. East of the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 28 South, Range 1 East of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Sedgwick County, Kansas; thence South Parallel with the West line of said Section 4, a distance of 93 ft. thence East to the West right-of-way line of the C.R.I.&P Railroad; thence Northeasterly along said right-of-way to a point East of beginning; thence West 345 ft. more or less; to the place of the beginning.
Tract 3: The East 200' of the following described tract of land located in part of the Northwest Quarter and Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 28 South, Range 1 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Sedgwick County, Kansas, described as following: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15; thence north along the west line of said Northwest Quarter bearing N 00°13'10" W, a distance of 528.00 feet; thence S 88°35' E, 663.40 feet to a point of beginning; thence S 00°13'10" E parallel with the West line of the Northwest Quarter and Southwest Quarter, 656.83 feet; thence S 88°35' E, 663.42 feet, thence N 00°09'44" W along the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter, 201.63 feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest Quarter; thence N 00°16'14" W along the East line of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter, 455.21 feet; thence N 88°35' W, 663.22 feet to the point of beginning.
Tract 4: All of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 28 South, Range 01 West of the 6th P.M.; Except that tract of land in deed on film 1601, Page 629. Said east half except being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said East Half, thence South 00 degrees 55'44" West, on the West line of said east half, a distance of 737.00 feet to the existing centerline of Cowskin creek, also the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 37'30" east on an assumed bearing, parallel with the North Line of said Section 15, A Distance of 180.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 55'43" East, on a line parallel with said West line of said East half, a distance of 737.00 feet to a point on said North line of said Section 15; thence North 89 degrees 37'30" East on said North line, said North line also being the centerline of Macarthur Road, a distance of 1324.49 feet to the Northeast Corner of said East half, said corner also being the North Quarter Corner of said Section 15, thence South 00 degrees 52'31" West, on the East line of said East half, a distance of 2659.83'feet to the Southeast corner of said East half, said corner also being the center of said section 15; thence South 89 degrees 40'23" West, on the South line of said East half, a distance of 1326.94 feet to the Southwest corner of said East half; thence North 00 degrees 55'43" East, on said West line of said East half, a distance of 1921.77 feet to said point of beginning.

Tract 10: LOT 3 BLOCK 2 KRUEGER'S 1ST. ADD, BEL AIRE, SEDGWICK COUNTY, KS
and all personal property and all other Kansas real estate owned by decedent at the time of death. And that such property and all personal property and all other Kansas real estate owned by the decedent at the time of death be assigned pursuant to laws of intestate succession.
You are required to file your written defenses to the Petition on or before October 10, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the City of Wichita, Sedgwick County Kansas, at which time and place the cause will be heard. Should you fail to file your written defenses, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
