NOTICE OF MEETINGS PALMS OF TERRA CEIA BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Supervisors of the Palms of Terra Ceia Bay Community Development District will hold their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Terra Ceia Bay Country Club, 2802 Terra Ceia Bay Blvd., Palmetto, FL 34221, on the second Tuesday of each month as follows: October 14, 2025 November 11, 2025 December 9, 2025 January 13, 2026 February 10, 2026 March 10, 2026 April 14, 2026 May 12, 2026 June 9, 2026 July 14, 2026 August 11, 2026 September 8, 2026 The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for a particular meeting may be obtained from the District Manager at 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, FL 33619. A meeting may be continued to a date, time and place as evidenced by motion of the majority of Board Members participating at that meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Any person requiring special accommodations at a meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (813) 344-4844 at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting.
