NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA BIBB COUNTY WHEREAS, Clinton Hester, a single man, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Primelending, a Plainscapital Company, a Corporation, Lender which was dated 11/30/2021, and recorded on 12/2/2021, in Instrument No.: , Deed Book 11084, Page 141, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $171,830.00 in Bibb County, Georgia Register of Deeds. THIS CONVEYANCE IS MADE SUBJECT TO ALL ZONING ORDINANCES, CONDITIONS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS OF RECORD.
