BEACON LAKES
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Beacon Lakes Community Development District has scheduled their meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at 8355 N.W. 12th Street, Doral, Florida, 33126 on the first Wednesday of each month, except as noted:

November 5, 2025
December 3, 2025
January 7, 2026
February 4, 2026
March 4, 2026
April 1, 2026
May 6, 2026 – Budget Approval
June 3, 2026
July 8, 2026 (Second Wednesday Due to Holiday)
August 5, 2026 – Budget Adoption
September 2, 2026
Meetings may be continued to a date, time and location to be specified on the record at the meeting without additional publication of notice. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. Any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place. A scheduled meeting may be cancelled by the Board of Supervisor based on the business needs of the District.
Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (954) 603-0033 at least two (2) calendar days prior to the meeting.
Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
